Founded in 1970, in Alexander Village, Georgetown, Guyana by Looknauth Persaud, King’s started with one goldsmith and two apprentices. The company has grown into an internationally recognized shopping paradise due to its ability to produce intricate pieces of jewellery which others have deemed impossible to create. King’s employs over 100 employees in 10 retail stores.

Headquarted in Quamina Street, Georgetown, Guyana, King’s is primarily a direct manufacturer and retailer of gold, silver, diamond and gemstone jewellery, which has expanded to many other luxury goods. We are the original makers of the cricket band, which is worn by Cricketers internationally.

King’s has international stores at Grand Bazaar in Trinidad & Tobago, Liberty Avenue, New York, Nassau, Bahamas, and Paramaribo, Suriname.
Our Jewellery meets the requirements of the Guyana National Bureau of Standards for international quality and carries their mark of excellence. Presently there are 4 Graduate Gemologists (GIA), Graduate Diamond Grader (GIA), Accredited Jewellery Professional (GIA) and Graduate Jewellery Designer (GIA) on site at Kings.
